Baptism

Today was a perfect day...  The sun was shining, our families were all together, and we got to celebrate the triplets as they were baptized.  It was a beautiful service where Ruby, William, and Savannah were dedicated as children of God.

Although Trey and I come from different religious backgrounds, he is Baptist and I am Catholic, we both believe deeply in the Christian foundation.  We are so blessed to have families that are equally rooted in faith.  This made the decision of godparents an easy one.  We had each of our siblings and their spouses stand with us and promise to help raise our children with Christian values.  Our parents and Trey's grandparents were also there.  As with Bryan's baptism, Mom brought water that she collected on her trip to the Holy Lands from the River Jordan.  It was a truly blessed and special day.

Once he was dressed, Bryan just
kept telling us he was handsome.

But when the cameras came out, so did the ham!
After the baptism, we went to the Cotton Gin in Crandall for dessert and coffee.  It was a great time of visiting and spending time with family.
*Sidenote... this is the first time we have taken the babies to a restaurant, not too bad!!  It won't happen again for awhile, but still, not bad!
