Our main reason for visiting Tennessee was to see my dad's family. We only get to see them every couple of years because we live so far and life tends to get in the way. So when my parents asked if I thought I could handle the trip, I didn't hesitate to say yes. I know it would be hard without Trey, but days like the one we had at the farm on Tuesday make the effort beyond worth it. I love that several cousins were there with their kids. My grandmother, Goodie, had 9.5 of her 10.5 great-grandchildren there to play like we did when we were all little. (Side note, the half a child is expected to make her debut next month!!) It was so much fun to watch the kids play and interact as if they have days like this all of the time. We may not be close in distance, but when we get together it is like no time has passed.
I think we took about 400 pictures that day, so I'm gonna have to split this post!!

I must admit I just skimmed through your entire blog - and I now feel a little intimidated by your writing skills. Your daughters are absolutely gorgeous! I hope we can catch up sometime.
