Tennessee Day 3 - Safari Park

Up early again for breakfast before heading out for our first big adventure.... The Tennessee Safari Park!!  Bryan was so excited to go see animals, little did he know that they would actually stick their heads in the car!

This is what breakfast looked like...
And we're off...

Juice Break

Banana

Willman

Rube-a-lou

After a short car ride, we were there!!  Here are just a few of the animals we saw during the ride-thru....

Bryan made us roll up all of the windows when the emus
and ostriches came near the car!

He loved looking at the zebras, but stayed safely in his seat!

This donkey came running when we pulled thru.

Eland (I think!)

These were Bryan's favorites!!  The piglets were the only
animals that he would feed from the window.  I think it
was because they couldn't stick their heads in!

Not quite sure what he is, but he is gorgeous

More birds... The white one was running and puffing
up, very cool!

American Buffalo - there were probably 15 adults, and
5 calves

Blackbuck Doe

Blackbuck

I'm not sure what breed this one is, but he let my
mom pet him.  Beautiful antlers, almost
looked fake.
After driving thru, there was a walk-thru section to explore...

Bryan and Papa

Several Peacocks were wandering around

Bryan would've watched
the giraffe for hours!

They were worn out!

the giraffe.

Checking out the Macaws
After seeing the animals, why wouldn't the kids want to drive with the Hulk, Kermit, and Gonzo?!?!

Bryan was excited to see "Hulk Smash"

Ruby Driving

Savannah just wanted out

William is an old pro!

After a long, fun day looking at animals, long naps were next on the agenda!

Animal trainer Bryan

Sleepy boy...
Bryan had so much fun at the safari park, he asked to go back at least 10 times every day after!
